how did he keep the breathing motions from happening?
The biggest problem with Infiltrators is by default they are rather lackluster except in a long range, Anti-Infantry role. With some cert investment in a specialty cloak you can become drasicly more tanky, or gain the ability to stay cloaked indefinately. Perma-Cloak gives you the opportinity to utilize some explosives to take out base components and or hack components to gain advantage for your faction.
