Highly anticipated MMOFPS PlanetSide 2 has released today, announced Sony Online Entertainment. Players will now be able to choose an empire to enlist in, and fight in an epic war for Auraxis! Participate in vehicular, aerial, ground, and hand-to-hand assault with countless numbers of players simultaneously.

You can grab the game from various digital download platforms for PC, as a free-to-play title with purchase options for more enhanced play. A premium membership option is available starting at $9.99 per month, with scalable gains for resources, experience, and passive cert points. Queue access and new cosmetic items are also available, with membership bonuses increasing as you hang onto your subscriptions for longer periods of time.
