Official New Trailer
RunesofMagic.com has announced the release of the first official Cinematic Trailer: Rise of the Demon Lord! This trailer is presented as a pre-cursor to the March 19th launch date. The current plan for release is to take servers offline March 18th for last minute preparations for the launch. The forums and website will also be taken online for several upgrades, although they wouldn't say what Runes of Magic staff has dropped a few hints that it will be a pleasant surprise!
Get In The Beta
To finish things off in the beta they have planned an End-of-Beta Event, which we will post details on as soon as they are released! If you haven't gotten to play yet don't worry! They are not going to wipe beta characters and there's still plenty of time to get acquainted with the game before launch. To register for the beta visit the Beta Signup Page.

Release Planning
On March 18th, 2009 the Runes of Magic servers will be taken offline to
make a few last preparations for release.
We don't want to leave the Open Beta without a bit of fun so we have prepared a
little End-of-Beta fun event.
During the downtime we have to take the website and forum down as well - for a
bit of... ah... you will see when we're back.
We are looking forward, welcoming old and new players alike on March 19th,
2009, when Runes of Magic starts into a new era with Chapter 1: Rise of
the Demon Lord!
