RunesofMagic.com has recently announced some exciting new content! We're only a few days away from the official launch date and they're still hard at work on adding new stuff - it's great to see! For the next few days you'll notice lots of FROGS in the land of Taborea! As far as we can tell there will be some frogs available for taming, and a battle with the Frog King! Frogs are rumored to drop fireworks and the Frog King has a chance of dropping pet frogs!

"Stupid animals!", John cried and tried to aim for the head of one of
those pesky beasts, running wild across his fields.
"Maddie! Where are those no-good heroes when you need one? Bet they're down at
the tavern guzzling beer like the drunkards they truly are. Huh?" *whamm*
another head severed from its body, "when instead they should be out here,
helping the people?"
From down beneath the upturned cart Maddalena, John's wife watched with big eyes
and a scared expression on her face. Her tiny voice sounded even tinier when she
spoke: "They... they will be here soon, I... I... am sure of that! Just... hold
out... hold out... only a little bit longer! THERE! WATCH OUT!"
John spun around and hit the attacking opponent with the flat back of his
shovel. Angrily he shouted "I DARN WELL HOPE SO! How should I get on feeding the
kids with all those..."
...Frogs!
Indeed. Sages from all over Taborea predicted a plague of frogs.
Just not any ol' plague of frogs, you know the stuff from ancient scriptures,
where a few millions poor little froggies rained from the sky. No! That's so...
last century. We are expecting a bit... bigger... the Frog King himself has
threatened to hop across Howling Mountains and possibly Ystra.
You know how frogs are - one day you got a handful in your garden pond, next day
them and their spawn will croak like a full choir with a bad case of sore
throat.
But the good news is: You can fun here! Beginning tomorrow, we'll start this
Fun-Event and there will be frogs... everywhere... Just keep a look-out, maybe
you can even find a little froggy to hug and cuddle and tame.
