This is the sorta scam Fraudster trys when selling their customers stuff form their CS! If this isnt enough, the furniture for which can give TP and XP bonuses have still not been revised in their descriptions, and for good reasons! Fraudster knows if someone buys the wrong piece of furniture for a specific bonus they need, well that customer is stuck with it and as many kn ow Fraudster will NOT refund ANYTHING! So when you look over the descriptions for the furniture see if you can actually tell which gives TP or which gives XP?
This is a practice Fraudster has been doing since the CS opened! There has been many items that were bugged, yet no refunds, no descriptions change, and if it werent for public demand they would have kept selling those bugged items till they were eventually fixed!
Theres plenty of people who have spent hundreds of dollars to deck out their guilds castle with furniture,rugs,crafting stations and more, only to find it all gone when they login the next day! I wonder if they got a refund cause Ive seen a few of them state they have already bought the items twice now and both times they have disappeared!
Its stuff like this you need to watch for, this is a company hell bent on getting your money one way or the other, and by underhanded means as well! So be very careful what you buy! Do your research, ask others in game and if its bugged, or if its not what it says it is, just do not buy it till you know for a 100% the items is what they claim to be, otherwise do not support Fraudster till they stop the underhanded means of getting a customers money unfairly!

We did some searching and came to the conclusion that we have a saving structure error that occurred.
Since the last patch, there is a chance that some items would disappear due to it not being saved correctly.
If the furniture was moved after placement then its 100% sure that it would be saved but if the furniture was not moved then there is a chance for items to not be saved.
The chance of this happening is low but we are working to fix the issue.
We can not reimburse lst items in this case.

So they cannot refund the items or diamonds in the first case .... Am I the only one who sees them for the cons they are?
This game has setup a online theft system and nothing more. After this anyone who posted about it on the forums were silenced in game and banned fromt he forums for posting about it. (Silenced meaning you can still play but you cannot talk to anyone unless your grouped with them , all zone chat local and guild chat is closed down.) This is code fr shut up and take it??
This game should be shut down for online theft and scamming for sure.
