RunesofMagic.com has announced the release of the first official Cinematic Trailer: Rise of the Demon Lord! This trailer is presented as a pre-cursor to the March 19th launch date. The current plan for release is to take servers offline March 18th for last minute preparations for the launch. The forums and website will also be taken online for several upgrades, although they wouldn't say what Runes of Magic staff has dropped a few hints that it will be a pleasant surprise!

Runes of Magic has announced the introduction of Guild Castles of the world of Taborea. A guild must reach level 7 and obtain several resourcs before castle construction can begin. Guild leaders can set storage access, guild ranks, and the ability for other members to place things in the castle.
