Mk-Paul, leader of Ancient Fury, has organized the Mk Tournament 2011 for RuneScape clans to battle through and prove themselves. This is a must-follow tournament that's heating up as we get closer to the finish on October 15. The tournament as described by Mk-Paul himself:
The structure of this tournament is like no other in Runescape; for the 20v20 and 30v30 in both P2P & F2P, clans will begin in group stages. This is basically to give you all extra fights to watch.
Each group will have 4-5 clans/teams in and whoever comes 1st and 2nd progresses through to the knockout stage. You must fight all clans in your group, a win giving you 3 points and a loss giving you 0 points, if you refuse to fight a clan you will be deducted 3 points and the clan you were meant to fight will be awarded 3 points (this is basically to stop somebody who is for example 2nd from refusing to fight the opponent who is 3rd that could overtake them if they won).
The winner of Group # will fight the runner-up from Group #, the runner up from Group # will fight the winner from Group #, and so on. Although the groups are numbered it doesn't mean you will fight the clan above/below you, it will be completely random.
