Earlier this year, Bethesda Softworks threw out an open challengeto the gaming community at large. The challenge went something like this, "If your child is born on 11/11/2011, and you name them Dovahkhiin (meaning Dragonborn in the Dragon Lanugage), get ready to enjoy a Steam key that grants you access to every single Zenimax Media/Bethesda game in past, present and future - for life!"
The general consensus at the time was that nobody would actually end up naming their son or daughter Dovahkiin. It would take a pretty die hard Elder Scrolls fan to do something like that!
Enter Megan and Eric Kellermeyer who, as of last Friday (11/11/2011), welcomed a little boy into the world by the name of Dovahkiin Tom Kellermeyer. Thus completing the wild challenge thrown down by Bethesda's Pete Hines some 9 months earlier. Baby Dovahkiin doesn't have his Horned Steel Helm yet, but it looks like him and his parents are set for life as far as Bethesda games go.
