BioWare has announced that update 1.4 for SW:TOR is now live! Players will be able to travel to the Gree-controlled planet of Asation, where they'll be able to battle their way to a face-off against a mighty enemy.
An ancient portal, known as a Hypergate, has been opened on the Gree world of Asation, and now unspeakable beasts are spilling out from the other side. These creatures threaten to quickly overrun the few who remain and put the planet into total chaos. In a last ditch effort to fight back the invaders, the Republic and the Sith Empire assembled groups of its most powerful heroes to head to Asation, fight their way through the endless hordes of warped monsters, and close the Hypergate before the world is lost.
OPERATION: TERROR FROM BEYOND
The Dread Masters have unleashed unspeakable horrors on the Gree-controlled world of Asation, and if the threats are not contained, they will spread to every corner of the galaxy! This Operation pits you against agents of the Dread Masters in a race to seize control of the long-dormant Gree Hypergate, which now ushers through creatures unlike anything in the known galaxy. Fight your way through five new epic boss battles, including a final encounter with an enemy of unprecedented scale – the Terror From Beyond!

GROUP FINDER EXPANDED FEATURES
Group Finder now allows you to return to your original location when you leave the group, so you can get right back into the action!

Now you can set your character's moods (facial expressions) to match your own – check out how "moody" you can be; it is sure to put your character into a /joyful mood!
COMPANION CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS
Now you can customize your Companion's outfit to match their chest piece and turn off their helmet with "Hide Head Slot", ensuring they are dressed for success!
You can check out a free trial and play to level 15 if you aren't sure you'll enjoy it, plus pretty soon, you'll be able to join the game completely for free! When the change goes live, this option will give players access to each class, all the way to level 50 with certain restrictions present. Unlimited game access with end-game content and other new features will be available a la carte or through a subscription option.
Star Wars: The Old Republic is a colossal story-driven MMO set in George Lucas' Star Wars universe. The game revolutionizes the way MMO's are delivered with high quality, voice-acted dialogue and storylines that change based on your personal choices and consequences.
