I think someone overslept :p
I am told that the servers didn't go down this morning for a patch, and that there was a "patch in 10 minutes" message ingame at 2:30PM Eastern, and estimated downtime was an hour.
So, servers should be back up at 4PM Eastern, 1PM Pacific, 9PM GMT.
