
Details on the upcoming World of Tanks Championship at the World Cyber Games 2012 Grand Finals have been announced today by Wargaming.net. The game makes its official eSports debut at the event held in Kunshan, China held from November 29th until December 2nd.
"We are focused on expanding World of Tanks as a world-wide eSport discipline,''- said Victor Kislyi, CEO of Wargaming. "Events like the World Cyber Games spur growth in it as a cyber sport by encouraging pro gamers to pump more hours into improvement and helping us find what needs to be changed to enhance the gaming experience."
The battle for the grand prize will take place on December 1st, with the semi-finals and 3rd/4th place matches being held on Stage D and the ultimate encounter unfolding on Stage A.
