Awinee, who was reported to have been arrested recently on charges of Distributed Denial of Service attacks on sites that are anti-WikiLeaks, has now confirmed that he is indeed the 19-year-old man from the Netherlands that was arrested recently. "Anyways, yes it's true I've been arrested got released sunday night," he said. The attitude of follow-up posts in the thread seems to suggest that he doesn't regret the arrest in the least.
Interestingly, he states that the attacks on the prosecutor's office were not directly related to WikiLeaks. It "was simply a test of a program," though he also confirmed being involved in the MoneyBookers attacks. Likewise, he confirmed involvement in a few attacks previously not mentioned: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
It's important to point out that it appears Ensidia has completely severed ties with the man. They clarified the reasons behind him being on their roster earlier this week, and since then have removed him from the guild.
The state of the charges against Awinee are currently unknown, though his admission to being involved in larger scale cyber attacks than just the prosecutor's office, on a publicly trafficked forum, suggests there may be follow-up investigations into the matter. Now the question is whether or not anything can be done, since his account on Manaflask has been deleted.
