The Chinese video game publisher The9 was very happy to announce positive sales reports according to the recently released 2nd quarter financial statement. The majority of these numbers is thanks to the flagship title in China, Blizzard's World of Warcraft.
The9's record income and revenue was approx $66.3 million, where $60.7 came from World of Warcraft and everything related to it. Remember how they reported over 1 million concurrent users at one point? Crazy!
Who knows how it will go when Wrath of the Lich King launches. Time will tell.
