Whitetooth, the author of the very popular Rating Buster addon (it converts combat ratings in your tooltips into percentages) has been able to derive the level 80 conversion rates and the formula from the client.
Note: Keep in mind the following data are only verified to be correct for the latest beta build 8681 and it's subject to change.
