Will there ever be another event like the AQ war-effort?

I agree (actually I was gonna post something like what you said^^)
If they just respawned, it would be unrealistic and gay (no offense to the homophiles, it's just a word).
I was more thinking of a "respawn" in a different way; e.g. the buildings being gradually rebuilt over time, and the progress being sped up by players gathering resources and preforming quests for the rebuilders.
And while the base is being rebuilt, it's gradually restored to its previous "self" (at 50% rebuilt, the inn and flight master is there, at 75% maybe some shops, but with limited supplies and so on...)
How do you know what the ratio is? I would like to know that for my server. It seems the Horde outnumber the Alliance, but I couldn't tell you that for sure. Is there somewhere ingame that you find the info, or the website, or an independent place?
I think instead of the buildings in lake wintergrasp being on a respawn timer ..throw in the AQ war effort thing and let them be rebuilt...turn in like 3000 of so many resources and watch the peons work. Of course theres gonna be that guy who afks in a tank so lets make him work for something to do. just something along those lines

just not right how you can taunt a dragon with 33 int (as a war), and come up with a great enough insult that he will attack you but a great insult wont provoke a noob :(
my server is just the opposite. we're outnumbered almost 3 to 1 alliance to horde ratio. so it's gonna be ugly for us horde on our server.
That PVP event sounds like it could be fun. Too bad my server is 65% Horde so it would be hard to make it a fair fight.
