The 2.3 PTR was updated again today. No changes to the patch notes, but the Druid and Priest talent changes mentioned below are included in the latest update. I'll be sure to post any new stuff from today's patch when it's found. For now, here's a recap of today's blue posts, as well as a video.
Natural Perfection is being updated

Focused Will (new talent) has been revamped

75k Honor cap is more than enough

Still, with 75k you can get like five items. I don't see that as being very limiting. Comparatively I think the most you can get from the arena at the point cap is three, so I wouldn't raise your voice too loudly over it.

no, priear, you aren't wrong. lol the general consensus from priests and even non-priests is that the new talent is complete crap. if a clothie is being crit that many times in that short period of time, they're dead anyhow. Priests are still going to go for the holy talent Blessed Resilience far and beyond before this new one when it comes to speccing for arenas. not being able to be crit again is much more appealing. hopefully Blizzard will see where this completely fails in their aim to get more priests to spec into the Discipline tree and will revamp it again before 2.3 goes live.
Cant realy figure out if this is a very sweet talent or just a talent... Would have liked it to last more like 10 secs so the opponent had a "chance" to add another crit... rarely casters crit more then 1 time within 6 secs in arenas im. And a warrior with a 3 sec sword got an even smaller chance to crit again...
but im maybe wrong
