The 2.3 PTR was updated again today, which is very strange, Saturday isn't typically a day that Blizzard patches the PTR, so maybe they're in a hurry to get it to live servers so they can move on to testing 2.4. The most immediate change seen today is the Season 3 Ret Paladin set changes (Scaled Plate). All of the Ignore Armor and Spell Damage effects were removed, and those points allocated to Strength instead, as you can see in the image below.
Update: The PvP trinkets added to the Badge of Justice vendor have also been added to the vendor that sells belts/boots/bracers/rings/necklaces in the honor barracks.

Zul'Aman Event Improved
The Zul'Aman starting event has been improved so that it's similar to a summoning stone. The difference is, as the screenshot shows, 5 players are required to participate in the channeling to open the gates.

I dont think all the models are used, 12 staves seem a bit over the top. This is mined with modelviewer I believe, so its showing all the colorings of the items. One or two of each model seems reasonable tho.
What's with the different colors? Are there that many weapons?

Hah, they probably rushed out this little patch on the PTRs to fix the problem with Hawkstriders. If you saw one your game crashed. The bar disappearing problem made the PTR nearly unplayable, but the Hawkstrider issue made it completely unplayable. They probably threw up the fix for that and then added on anything else they had finished.
