Yesterday, Tseric confirmed on the official forums that the addon to World of Warcraft has gone gold. Tthat said, there should be no problem with the planned release date mid January.

"Gone Gold" is a term meaning that it has gone into production. Basically, they are already printing copies of TBC. Thus, the game will come out on time ;)
