Last week at Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, we had the chance to sit down with Wargaming.net CEO Viktor Kisyli to talk about their upcoming MMO World of Warplanes.
If you're unfamiliar with the game, World of Warplanes is the second vehicle-based MMO from Wargaming.net - the first of which being the massively popular World of Tanks. World of Warplanes pits players in battle using some of the most storied and legendary aircraft from what Wargaming.net calls the'Golden Age of military aviation.' This means that World of Warplanes will ultimately feature over 100 models from multiple countries of origin spanning from the 1930's and up through the Korean War.
Upon launch, there will be aircraft from the United States, Germany and the Soviet Union. However, Wargaming.net has said that they will be introducing British and Japanese aircraft as well.
