The World of Warcraft 2012 North American Arena Invitational kicks off very soon at Curse HQ. We have invited eight of the absolute best North American World of Warcraft teams to face off in the Invitational for a chance to grab some of the $30,000 prize purse. Teams will be competing in a round-robin style tournament to crown a winner and divvy up the spoils of war.

The tournament will kick off with a best-of-three Round Robin phase in which all teams will play against each other. The top four teams from Round Robin will then move on to a best-of-five Single Elimination Finals Bracket, followed by a best-of-seven grand finals.

I'd like to say thank you for this coverage. Being a complete newb it has been refreshing to see such skilled players keeping composed in immensly stressful situations... might make my arena journey a little less stressful... it was awesome.
