Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Vice President of Programming
FLSA Status: Exempt
Provides customers with courteous customer service online and over the phone. Works to solve customer issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides account information to customers.
- Assists in solving customer billing and technical issues.
- Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
- Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs.
- Responds effectively to customers requesting to close their accounts, determining the reason and offering possible alternatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Passion for video games a plus.
- One to two years related experience or equivalent.
