Looks like Blizz is launching patch 3.1 today. When the client begins to download from the launch screen, please be advised that your patcher is not stuck. It may hang in the 67-70% range and this is normal. There is still some hefty downloading to do, so just be patient and let it go through the download process. You may also notice the patch notes

In response to the recently announced User Interface Add-On Policy we will no longer be selling a subscription to Carbonite.
