Title says it all, for some reason in the most recent version of Titan Panel I am unable to put my main bar on the bottom of the screen like i had previously. What's going on?

I just updated my addons and it seems to have broken both Titan Panel and Bartender. I have tried resetting their configurations to no avail. Anyone have any idea what's happened?

Title says it all. Also, is there anything I can use to replace/re-enable it?

Are there any addons that could give me a list of all avaliable recipies for a profession and sort of.. Mark off the ones I already have? Would be nice if it told me where to buy the recipie as well.

I'm looking for some addons that can Notify me with a sound cue and/or subtle visual cue (such as a screen border flash like when your health is low) when my Runic Power hits the cap Remove the confirmation dialouge that occurs when you replace an enchantment or delete an item, things like that. Any ideas?

If you look on the far left just above the chat box it seems they've got an addon that turns a list of their buffs into bars, does anyone know what addon this is?
