ArcChat
Description
ArcChart is a simple chat plugin for Bukkit. I programmed it in about 1-2 hours. Until now it supports colors: white, green, blue, yellow, red. Screenshots coming soon. You will also need Permissions (or GroupManager(or PEX)). Currently it is in a beta phase.
