Permissions & Commands:
- DevHealth.heal Command: /heal [player] Refills the life of a player to max.
- DevHealth.healHearts Command: /healhearts [player] [amount] Refills the life of a player by x hearts.
- DevHealth.healPercent Command: /healpercent [player] [percent] Refills the life of a player by x percent.
- DevHealth.setHealth Command: /health [player] [amount] Sets the life of a player to x.
- DevHealth.setHealthPercent Command: /healthpercent [player] [percent] Sets the life of a player to x percent.
- DevHealth.setHearts Command: /hearts [player] [amount] Sets the life of a player to x hearts.
- DevHealth.* Gives the player all permissions.
