At one of the most exciting events of the Blizzcon weekend so far, the crowd was wowed as underdog SlayerS_MMA took the GSL Championship title and prize in a crushing 4-1 defeat of opponent IMMvp. If MVP had won, this would have been his fourth GSL Championship win. For first place, MMA took home the equivalent of over $42,000 US and what must have been giant feelings of pride and accomplishment.

WotLK Beta - Blue PostsPlans for more debuff slots (src)We would like to increase the number of debuff slots, yes, and we most likely will. Unfortunately, this is very complicated to do tech wise. It greatly increases the amount of bandwidth for the server, for example, and also for the client (you). When designing new talents, we try very hard to...

Kotaku is reporting about a Whorecraft star being suspended due to someone else's actions in-game. Now, I'm not entirely interested in the whole real life porn meets video games idea, but to suspend someone over something that wasn't even their fault is ludicrous.

World PvP
After some great news about upcoming changes to the battlegrounds, Tom Chilton was back in the spotlight to go over world PvP and its place in World of Warcraft.
World PvP's focus should be for spontaneous PvP where fights can break out on a whim between two, three, or even sixty players. It also needs to be objective based much like its...
