Runes of Magic has announced the release of the King of Mounts! This announcement comes with two additions to the item shop: the Wild Lion King Mount and the Night Lion King Mount. The two Lions are available now at a 30% price discount until June 22nd.

The trading of items for diamonds and vice-versa will no longer be allowed, and they want to know how you feel about it in a current survey they've posted with questions about the auction house changes. Runes of Magic celebrates 1,000,000 Registered Users today! The game has only officially been launched for two months and has seen tremendous success due to the level of unique features the game provides, and the ability to play it entirely FREE! Frogster has announced a Russian and Korean version in the works, and of course we've gotten wind of a very large expansion coming out for the game this summer (Which we should have information for you on very shortly!).

Players can (in the VERY near future) grow plants that will yield rare runes and other materials that can be used in the crafting system. Curse.com has released a full item, quest, NPC, spell, and recipe database. You can also automatically upload a profile of your character to the site using the Curse Client. Your use of the Curse Client will allow us to collect and upload valuable information from the game, while also allowing you to access an enormous database of quests, items, and of course your own personal profile

Runes of Magic is running an Easter Egg contest event! They are giving out a certain number of eggs of each color, red blue and green, to each fansite. Contestants who find all the eggs and report the correct number We've gotten the eggs and I've taken the liberty of hiding them here and on TheRomWiki.com good luck! Runes of Magic has announced a new Windrunner Race mini-game! Players are able to race against each other, 8 people per race, and the winner is awared Phirius tokens! To register for a race, talk to Michelle Lang in Varanas and for only a handful of Phirius Tokens she'll transport all eight participants to the races. And don't worry: You don't have to bring your own horse...
