Maw of Neltharion is referred to as Deathwing's Lair. However, it's very uncertain if Deathwing will exist in Wrath of the Lich King, only time will tell. Emerald Dragonshrine is a subzone of Dragonblight in Wrath of the Lich King. Perhaps an indication that the expansion after WotLK might be Emerald Dream? Way too early to speculate, though. You can view a short video and screenshots of this area below.

Check out the new Wrath of the Lich King instance where you can experience "Stratholme Past" (yes I know there should be an s there, however this is the actual name of the instance) before it was taken over by the scourge and eventually ended up to always be on fire.
