About DAR Artillery Sight

MeltyMap's Protractor Mod features:
- Minimap enhancement
- Minimap zoom

To install:
Copy res_modsfolder from archive, paste it to Ur's gamefolder.
Overwrite existing files.

To configure,
Use text editor with UTF8 coding eg. Notepad, Notepad+, AkelPad
Edit following files:

- DAR:
MeltyMapModSetting.xml file in Ur's game\res_mods\0.8.11\gui\scaleform folder

- ProtractorMod:
MeltyMapProtractorSetting.xml file in Ur's game\res_mods\0.8.11\gui\scaleform folder

In order to display Effective armor calculation Vehicles have to be programmed in VehicleData section of MeltyMap's Protractor Mod
configuration file, "name" must have same vehicle name as the tank icon name.
Refer to included Vehicle_Names.txt file or comments in bellow of config file.

Attention 2.
Works correct only with Python scripts included with this mod.
Do not overwrite those files with another onesĀ from other mods.

    Please help, I have the camera zoom mod installed, and as I zoom in and out the circles to help hit moving targets do not change size. So, my question to you is, what should I do with the Pixel Ratio in the XML and at what zoom-in level should I be in for it to be accurate?

    Unfortunately, it is not.  The only option I see is to download it on the site here, the option to install via curse client on the web, or a listing in the curse client itself isn't available.  According to the moderator Wishfire, the process is simple:

    Testing on 8.1 and it seems to work fine with ALL damage panels. Whatever was changed in 8.0 has apparently been fixed.

    This works, BUT it doesn't have the extra info panels, rangefinder, orientation meter, apex markers and you can't change the color. Or is that because I'm using Demole's Damage Panel ? I find it to be very accurate, but I miss the other bells and whistles.

    It's listed in both mod descriptions that you shouldn't use that combo. Range finder and all of that stuff works just fine for me. It has SOME bugs in 8.0, but works flawlessly in 8.1

    It works for em atm but the time till round on target is off. I don't understand how to change it. I tried to change it in the area it gives u all the info but I cant change that.

    Can anyone make a detailed expalnation as how to change the gun and what not. I see all the info and where to put it but I don't understand how to change it.

    Not that hard to do. Just make sure you are editting the file, and not jsut viewing it. any text editor will work. After you make sure of that, just edit the following line:

    <gun>S80</gun>   <!-- Define the gun model you are using. S/M/D stand for NATION, the first digit stands for the VEHICLE TIER (2-8), the last digit stands for GUN TYPE (0 = stock, 1 = upgrade). E.g. S61 is Soviet Tier 6 Arty's upgraded gun, aka 203mm B-4. -->

    Change the bold item by following the instructions and just save it. that should take care of it.

    Thank the lord someone finally told me! I understand what should go where but had no idea how to edit it. Just right click the file and hit Edit...... so easy... thank you.

    If you read my post you´ll see, that the malfunction of the traverse indicator ist not caused by DAR-mod.

    It is a Bug of the WoT game.

    Someone has an idea how to fix the flashing green quader?
