About Making TANK FIRE! obvious

Are you tired of HP being burned away while your crew tells you you have a damaged track, that the radioman has been hit...stay close to other tanks, that the ammo rack has been damaged...we're lucky it didn't explode!, I forgot to feed the cat this morning, and oh, yeah! The tank is on fire! Put it out! ? Well, I was, so sent my kid seaching through the "Interwebs" and he came across a MOD on Frost_Zone.eu that did most of what I wanted, since I am not clever enough to start from scratch or figure out how to prioritize the order of the crew announcements. But, I wanted it even more obvious, so with my son's help and through trial and error, came up with this mod.
(edited for 8.5:) We hope you like it, but if you run into problems due to monitor size or something I am not clever enough to foresee, I have included a .jpg of the lines I edited in DamagePanel.xml (highlighted in red bubble where edited) so you can fool around on your own. Increasing the "X" value will shift the message right. Increasing the "Y" value (it is a negative number) from say -240 to -100 will shift the message down. You can also play with font size (now 120 ). Edit with Notepad. Note: The author at Frost_zone (or the original RU forum) changed some of the coding around, so I am unsure as to how to change font color and the burning tank image in the damage panel has been removed.
.zip file will make and/or add 2 files to res_mods\0.8.5\gui\flash AND includes damagepanel_xml.jpg, which is NOT needed for the mod to work.
Again, should you wish to modify this for redistribution or publication, please get permission from Admin at Frost_Zone.eu, like I did.
