About Philomathic's Effects Remover
This mod was created by Millbarge, but is now in the hands of Philomathic.
Philomathic's Effects Remover removes multiple extra-effects, in order to help increase your frames per second. This mod removes things like smoke, exhaust, explosions, muzzle flash, fire, burning tanks, etc. As an added bonus, this mod removes the scopeshadow, tree sway, and the movie/video that plays when you load the game client.
Unzip to your C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\0.8.0 folder to install

not working with 8.4, please upgrade, i need this for fps performance.
For me it does not seem to work in 8.4 . I moved the files from 8.3 and i also deleted the whole folder and dld it again and it still does not work. Any ideeas why or what can i do to make it work ?
works 8.4 just a question it removes the trace shell effects dose any one know's how to improve that effect ro addit back it would be great
