About Oncomini's Arcade/Sniper Reticle
This one has a really cool style to it. There are some extra odds and ends floating around not working correctly since 7.2, but they don't show up that often and if you like the design it's not that intrusive.
Installation:
Move the 'gui' folder into your most recent res_mods\version# folder
-OR-
Install files manually to res_mods\version#\gui\flash

Only issue I have is the circle's reload indication don't change when it is reloading. It remains the same throughout hte match. The only why you know you finished reload is the sound. Prefer visual indication. :(Realize what I mentioned happens when on replay mode. When in-game mode, the circle works. Ignore this. :)
You still need to work on the french tank reticle. They have 6 icons is in the circle to indicate how many round is left before reloading. Need to add that. It will make people guessing without it. xD
This one in particular was updated a very long time ago so I can't speak to how well it works with the settings in game. As far as the chinese text goes I'd love to translate it or get rid of it all together but I'm currently really busy with other things we have planned for the community and don't have the time to make too many mods myself. When things die down I'll definitely be making my own and updating what old mods I can.
GREAT MOD!!! only thing i wish you would change is the chinese or whatever that is when you are looking at an enemy tank. otherwise great mod.
Also where is the ARTY reticules i play arty about 40% of the time and i would like to see a really great arty reticule to go along with this mod thanks.
Also when i go to settings only about 25% of the settings under reticule works and actually changes the look.
Otherwise great mod. I still use it.
