When I looked inside the folder (G03_PzV_Panther) there was E100 (G56_E-100) not sure if anyone else has noticed this or not
How do you install this it seems very cool if i only could install it.

If you don't know how to install skins and either can't figure it out on your own or can't do a google search for instructions, you shouldn't be doing it at all.
