About Scope Shadow Remover
This mod removes the blacked out portion of your screen during sniper mode.
Installation:
Move the 'gui' folder into the most recent res_mods\0.7.X.X\ folder.

Install the 'ScopeShadow' file manually to \0.7.X.X\gui\flash
Packaged for the Curse Client!

Why does my game "black out" past the intial load screen since i added this?
It also did the same for me when I installed it, but managed to fix it by resetting my configuration in Windows 7 you do this by deleting the folder WorldOfTanks in:
C:\Users\<login name>\AppData\Roaming\Wargaming.net\
You have to show hidden files and folders to see the path.
