About WoW style XVM
This is a full XVM configuration designed to make efficiency colors WoW alike. Player efficiency will be colored with the World of Warcraft's default quality (rarity) ratings, like below:

Also the player names on vehicle markers (formerly OverTargetMarkers) will be colored accordingly for ease of use in the heat of the battle. Vehicle Markers contain Tier, Tank Icon, Tank Name, Health Bar, Remaining HP and Type Icon. On alternative mode: Tier, Tank Icon, Player Name, Health Bar, HP Percentage and Type Icon.

Just a super really random question.
I love EVERYTHING about your XVM config. I love the placement of things, the way the names color in the game, EVERYTHING.
...except two things nag me O.o
I was wondering if it would be at all possible for you to make a config with the standard xvm colors and bring back the old Player(vehicle) percentages that you had before?
I've looked for the player(vehicle) percentage conf in the other folders, but can't find it in the latest update.
Hmm, maybe one more thing, would it be possible to put the % in the side drop-down team list (without having to tab to get them)?I know the names are already colored, but having the % would be nice to see too.
I'm xvm-conf dumb (tried to modify it and failed badly), so am clueless how to do this on my own, otherwise I wouldn't bother you about this. Sorry!
Thanks!
~Kitti
Hello Kitti,
Sorry for the late reply, it will be to custom to add it as an alternate config, however you can do it yourself easily; Open XVM.xvmconf with a text editor, press "Ctrl + H" for search & replace window and replace all " {{t-rating:3}} " with " {{rating}} " (without quotation marks)
However adding Global Win Ratios to side panels is little bit more complicated; add " {{rating}} " (without quotation marks) just before "<font color" or just after "</font>" in lines 132 and 133. You also might need to increase width value (120) in line 131 to a higer number if context doesn't fits to side panel.
Have fun!
Thanks for the feedback kittikat =)
To revert colors to default, change lines between 1645-1653 to this:
Oh thank you so much!
Would doing the recoloring to basic xvm colors be too difficult for me to do on my own? I know this is the WoW Color scheme, but I just love EVERYTHING else you did with the config :D
I'm just the only one in my platoons who seems to use it, so I often confuse people when I tell them other people's colors lol xD
Thanks for all your help! And I absolutely LOVE this config of yours!!
I did everything, but can u tell me with which program i need to open xvm-stat.exe ?
On windows you don't need anything, just double click to run it.
.exe files are the native binarys on Windows. On Mac or Linux you need support for .exe files on top of the API that Mac or Linux uses.
Hi , Very nice mod !! But i am wondering if it is possible to use the default score "panel" on the center of the top screen instead of the number score panel from the mod?
The XVM only alters "Allies | Enemies" textfield, rest of the score panel is untouched. Team frag icons are new features of the Game Update 8.5
If I you are talking about what I think you are, then just take a look a few posts below. Question is already answered. I had the same problem, and that is definitely because of mods conflicting. Can't remember which ones were conflicting though.
Somehow if i have a battle with any of the new tanks, the game will get stuck at the loading screen.
There are no problems in our test PC's, try updating XVM, XVM Stats, WoW Style XVM if you didn't allready updated them, and disable other deprecated addons if you have any.
Thanks for the reply! It seems to work now without problems :)
I ´m also missing the Gamescore, is there any option to get it back on the Screen?
Same as LABRI55, try removing other addons which might be incompatible with new version. Also you should be using latest XVM and XVM Stats, if not, please update them from here.
Very nice mod! Thank you. But one thing since ver.0.8.5 I noticed is the score bar in the upper center of the screen is missing. Now I don't have any idea what the score is :(
